Before we meet: the questionnaire
Fill out my discovery questionnaire about how your business runs today: estimates, invoicing, email, phones, permits, marketing. Skip anything you want. The more you tell me, the more of our 90 minutes goes to fixing things instead of asking questions. About 20 to 30 minutes.

In person or on Zoom. Bring whoever runs the office. We walk through your week and pick your top three fixes together.

Behind the scenes
After we meet, I spend another two to three hours on your business: sorting what we found, writing your prompts, and laying out each fix step by step.
